Blades are crafted from the finest grade CROMOVA 18 stainless steel blade, ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56-C58. Holds an edge far longer than ordinary cutlery steels.

Knife's distinctive handle is ergonomically designed for optimum comfort and control. Knives are all hand washable only.
