The handles are genuine stag. This is a chance to own a Gutmann stag piggy back knife set. This German Gutmann Piggy Back Knife set includes two stag knives. They have a fixed blade and are a full tang knife. This larger knife measures 11 3/4" overall with a 7" blade.

The mini knife measures 7 1/4" overall in length and has a 3 1/2" blade. The handles are genuine Stag with a lot of character. Both handles have four stacked washers on each end of the handle. The colors of the stacked washers are: brown, white, brown, and red. The pommel is German Silver with a brass finger guard. The stag handles are nice and well matched. This is a rare Piggy Back Scout stag knife set made in the Germany.

Both knives are tang stamped on the front. The larger knife is stamped: SOLINGEN.

The small knife is not tang stamped. Both blades have a blood groove. The knife set features a Gutmann / PUMA Germany Original Leather Sheath. It is a rare knife set to find. The knife set comes with the factory leather sheath. This knife set was hand made in Solingen Germany. It is truly a rare knife set that were made to the the highest quality in Solingen Germany.
